Contact Sonja Kubes 952-217-1736 Stacy Lindblom Montgomery, MN 507-364-8652 Offering pasture board on 48 acres I have indoor/stall boarding or outdoor/corral boarding. Horses get hay twice daily, Nutrena grain once daily;fresh water and mineral lick access 24 hours a day, shelters for inclement weather. Pens are smooth wire/boards/hot fence. The most horses together is 5 in one pen, usually 2-4. Outdoor round pen, outdoor 70x120 arena, indoor 50x70 arena. Lighted turnaround; trailer parking. Horses are kept on a worming schedule, with worming fees charged to boarder (usually betwee $7-12 a time). Annual vet checks/shots for all horses is arranged and cost divided among all horses/boarders for services rendered. Vet is available 24 hours a day, usual call out repsonse time is 1-2 hours. Farrier services can be arranged if need be. Rates are $175/ outdoor, $250/stall. TLC is high on the list at our place, all horses are checked twice or more daily for injury or illness. Located just south of Lakeville off of County road 86. Small private boarding facility. Heated barn in winter. Large tack room. Pasture and box stall board. Large outdoor arena and round pen. All horses are given grain and hay twice a day. Run in sheds for outside boarders. Nice quiet area. Quality care given to all. Box stall board is 225.00 pasture board is 175.00. We have an outdoor riding arena, miles and miles of trails,and a nice 15 acres of pasture. I require a current coggins. Our ranch is a small family owned business.
