How it all began!

One special horse started all this and her name was Stormy! Hence the name for the farm. Stormy was a rescue horse we purchased from the Human Society. She was very malnurished and weak when we took her home for a mere $200.00. That was over 15 years ago and her memory still lives on in the farm and in my work.

What is Equine Consulting?

I started with Equine Consulting back in 1999 when friends were looking for horses and boarding facility. I now offer to the horse public free info on boarding facilities in the area. I also offer to first time horse buyers or anyone just looking for that right horse, Pre-Purchase evaluations. I give general western riding lessons to beginners and intermediate riders and can also start you out in english and dressage basics. I have taken some students to the western pleasure show scene, and will be again this year. I have limited experience showing myself but have been involved with the show scene for a couple of years now and plan to show myself this summer.
